The Problem Statement
Wonderla’s website fell short in delivering an engaging and intuitive digital experience that matched the brand’s on-ground energy. Key issues included fragmented navigation, poor content discoverability, and a high drop-off during bookings. The lack of scalable tech infrastructure and optimized backend workflows further limited performance, responsiveness, and the ability to personalize user journeys, ultimately impacting conversions and user retention.
Strategy Approach
Our strategy focused on delivering tailored digital experiences for Wonderla’s diverse audience while building a unified, vibrant brand presence, powered by smart UX and scalable tech.
For thrill-seeking families and young adults, we created immersive, visually rich interfaces using modular design systems and performance-optimized assets to drive excitement and ease planning. For school groups and educational tours, we developed CMS-powered storytelling layouts that highlighted educational value and group-friendly features. For corporate planners and large group organizers, we prioritized utility, integrating dynamic package breakdowns, simplified bulk booking flows, and tech-backed support systems like lead capture forms and CRM-ready inquiry management.
Data-Driven Information Architecture & Moodboard
CThe information architecture focused on simplifying product discovery with top-level navigation by category and smart filters for age, skill level, and price. The moodboard balanced creativity and professionalism — with a bright primary palette, clean neutrals, friendly typography, and a mix of lifestyle imagery, product close-ups, and office scenes.
HomepageDesign
SThe homepage was designed with focused entry points, creating three clear hubs — School, STEM, and Office — to guide users effortlessly to their area of interest. An interactive bundle builder further enhanced the experience, suggesting complementary products in real time, allowing users to customize their purchase while highlighting the value of add-ons.
Wonder Comes Alive Online
We created an immersive media experience that brought the products to life with lifestyle images, close-up shots, and demo videos. This helped users feel more confident about the product quality and how to use them. Along with this, we added a fixed purchase panel — a sticky sidebar on desktop and a bottom bar on mobile — that always kept the price and “Add to Cart” button visible, making the shopping experience smooth and easy.

To ensure that Wonderla’s digital presence is as powerful under the hood as it is visually, we executed a robust revamp of the platform’s tech architecture, optimizing for speed, scalability, and security.

Our user-first design approach simplified navigation across parks, attractions, and experiences, while clearly guiding visitors through ticket discovery, park information, and trip planning.
By bringing rides, events, and park highlights to life through rich visual storytelling, the platform made it easier for families, groups, and thrill-seekers to explore what Wonderla has to offer and plan their visit with confidence.
This resulted in a smoother discovery-to-booking journey, driving higher engagement and stronger intent to visit across different audience segments. The platform now serves as a scalable digital foundation for Wonderla to support future growth, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and evolving guest experiences across its parks.
