The Problem Statement
Svaraa's old website didn't reflect its identity as a lab-grown diamond brand. The storytelling lacked clarity, causing users to overlook its unique benefits like sustainability and affordability. With a bounce rate of 78% and a 64% cart drop-off, users were neither engaged nor convinced.

Our Strategy
We began with deep research—analytics audits, user interviews, and competitor benchmarking—to identify drop-offs and uncover a key insight: users lacked trust and product understanding. To address this, we studied 8 top jewellery websites to extract best practices in awareness, storytelling, and conversion. From there, we shaped a clear vision to position Svaraa as a trusted authority on lab-grown diamonds, focusing on clear, non-overwhelming awareness and a seamless buying journey with the goal of boosting conversions by 25% in three months.
Our Solution
We designed a clean, user-friendly experience that built trust and guided users at every step. The homepage opened with a dynamic hero banner spotlighting the benefits of lab-grown diamonds, immediately capturing attention. To simplify decision-making, we introduced an interactive tool that allowed users to compare lab-grown and mined diamonds side by side. An engaging “Lab-Grown 101” hub served as an educational space, using infographics, bite-sized videos, and expert insights to explain the science, benefits, and authenticity behind the diamonds. The shopping experience was tailored to user preferences and ethical values, while real-time customer feedback added social proof to build credibility. Certification badges and authenticity markers throughout the site reinforced scientific transparency and helped users shop with confidence.
Seamless Experience Across Devices
We prioritized a mobile-first yet fully responsive design, ensuring Svaraa felt consistent and intuitive across all devices. Whether users were exploring products in detail on desktops or browsing quickly on mobile, the experience remained smooth, fast, and user-friendly. The interface was optimized for both touch and click interactions, with visual consistency carefully maintained across screen sizes—never compromising on functionality or style.
Typography & Visual Expression
To reflect Svaraa’s modern yet elegant identity, we combined a clean serif typeface for sophistication with a geometric sans-serif for clarity and accessibility. The visual language was elevated through a refined palette—balancing scientific teals with soft ivory tones—designed to evoke trust, warmth, and minimalism. This consistent visual rhythm helped create a credible and luxurious shopping experience.
Iconography & UI Elements
We developed a custom iconography system inspired by the lab-to-ring process, offering a visual narrative of Svaraa’s origin story. Clear, intuitive UI elements—like interactive sliders, responsive carousels, and smooth hover states—ensured seamless navigation and engagement across devices. Together, these components enhanced user experience while strengthening Svaraa’s brand authority.

The redesigned Svaraa experience brought clarity to a misunderstood category—building trust through transparency, education, and design that speaks directly to user intent. By aligning the brand’s digital identity with its values, we turned user hesitation into confidence, setting the stage for stronger engagement and sustainable growth.
