The Problem Statement

Shatam Jeeva's website faced low engagement and treatment inquiries, compounded by a lack of awareness regarding their comprehensive Ayurvedic offerings and unique retreat, potentially stemming from an unclear user journey and insufficient showcasing.

Our Strategy

The website was redesigned to prioritize clarity and drive conversions by providing easily accessible information about therapies and simplifying the booking process. Simultaneously, the unique atmosphere of the forest retreat was highlighted to encourage bookings. Moreover, an engaging and informative online presence was established to strategically attract inquiries and increase lead generation for Shatam Jeeva's services.

Homepage

Shatam Jeeva's new homepage features an intuitive treatment recommendation widget. This questionnaire tool analyzes user-inputted problems to provide personalized treatment suggestions, empowering visitors to find relevant Ayurvedic solutions as recommendations.

Treatment Module

The Treatments page UX, with its clear hierarchy and dosha introduction, facilitates quick conversions by enabling easy navigation to relevant therapies. A persistent, sticky Call-to-Action (CTA) button is strategically implemented to ensure users can readily inquire or book treatments once they've found what they need, streamlining the conversion process.
Mobile experience

Technology Used

To reflect Shatam Jeeva’s vision of longevity and mindful living, we built a clean, fast, and scalable website using Next.js for the frontend and Strapi as the headless CMS. This tech stack enabled a seamless user experience, quick content updates, and optimal performance across devices. The site design aligns with the brand’s calming, minimalist aesthetic while ensuring robust backend control for content and SEO.

Accommodation

The Accommodation page offers a clear view of stay options with iconography for bifurcation and visuals of room categories. The quick sticky bar at the bottom helps to reserve a stay with faster booking conversions leading to both increased leads and conversions.
Personalization features

Impact

The website revamp is projected to yield significant impact through boosted inquiries and conversions, driven by a streamlined user journey and clear presentation of treatment information that encourages bookings. Furthermore, the modern design and integration of testimonials will cultivate a stronger brand image and enhance user trust. Finally, an intuitive navigation system will guide visitors effectively towards inquiry forms, maximizing the website's potential for increased qualified lead generation.
