Palm oil as a category faces deep-rooted perception challenges globally. Conversations are often shaped by misinformation, environmental concerns, and one-sided narratives. For MPOC, the challenge was clear.

The strategy focused on simplifying a complex and often misunderstood category into content that was clear, consistent, and accessible. Social media became the foundation for this shift, where content was designed to educate, clarify, and build a more informed narrative around palm oil.
